spring grilling

we are loving these long days and the chance to be outside.  we have started grilling once a week and we made a really yummy and easy grilled meal that was the perfect way to end the weekend. before heading outside, we cut about 6 small potatoes into wedges and seasoned them in a bowl with freshly minced garlic, olive oil, and kosher salt.  we placed them in a single layer on a baking sheet and baked, stirring occasionally, for about an hour at 375 degrees- we like them to turn a bit crispy around the edges.

next, we seasoned organic skin-on chicken drumsticks with freshly minced garlic, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce.  then, we drizzled asparagus with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkled with salt.  we grilled the asparagus on foil and cooked it slightly longer than the chicken drumsticks.
