squishy green leaves
the south land in the spring time is an idyllic place. azaleas blooming their shades of pink and snow white, daffodils growing in places forgotten in the winter, and the sprouting of fresh, untouched leaves with their brilliant bright green glow. everyone is outside. you can't go more than a few hours before hearing the phrase "it's SOOOOO nice today." ahhh, life in the south, life in atlanta. its magical, really. in the midst of all new things that are born with the warm spring air, i can't seem to keep my hands off those squishy green leaves that have yet to be hardened by the kiss of the sun.
