Pictures from our Chattanooga Weekend (& Friday Links)

I wanted to share some pictures from the weekend that we spent in Chattanooga a few weekends back.  We had a fun visit and continue to learn a lot about our future home.  We started looking at houses (eek!) and schools and explored museums, trails, neighborhoods, playgrounds, and yummy restaurants.

Two Ten Jack in Warehouse Row.  Such a beautiful space, and delicious food!

I think we are going to be excited and grateful to call Chattanooga our home...

Any fun plans for you this weekend?  We are sharing a Spanish themed dinner with some neighbors, celebrating the 40th birthday of a friend, and going to a pig roast in celebration of the time change!  Speaking of time change, don't forget to turn your clocks back on Saturday night and start preparing for earlier nights and brighter mornings, especially if you have little ones.

Here are some links of interest:

The question I need to be better about asking before every playdate. There are so many reasons why the question is important, but these statistics about toddlers leave me horrified.

A simplified Myers-Briggs test.  It seems impressively accurate!

A trail of surprising geography that I'd like to hike soon.

The 50 Most Beautiful Places on the Planet.  I want to visit them all!

What are you reading these days?  This is at the top of my list:

We are also searching for some new books to read with Jack.  I am thinking of trying the first book from Enid's Adventure Series; I've heard great things!-

And introducing him to mythology using the beautifully illustrated books by George O'Connor.

Any other book recommendations?  I'd love to hear!

Have a fun weekend! xxo
